Howard L. Rosenberg, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Supervising Physician
Dr. Rosenberg attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, later transferring to Johns
Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received his B.A and M.D. degrees. His
surgical internship took place at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and was followed by four additional
years of training in general surgery at UCLA, including the position of chief resident in general surgery.
Board Certified in General Surgery, Dr. Rosenberg trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at
Stanford University, where he was also appointed chief resident in plastic surgery.
Dr. Rosenberg is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons, an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of
Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Rosenberg is an Assistant
Clinical Professor at Stanford University Hospital, an active member of El Camino Hospital, and a founder
of the El Camino Surgery Center.
